We strive to provide high-quality software and excellent customer service. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase. To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team at support@audiointernals.com with your order details and the reason for your refund request. We may ask for additional information to process your request.
Please note that due to the nature of digital products and the possibility of data collection, refunds may not be granted if the software has been substantially used, customized, or if significant amounts of data have been collected. Each refund request will be evaluated individually, and we reserve the right to approve or deny the request based on the circumstances.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
